Our aim is to provide you with a safe, secure and comfortable base for your holiday and hope that you will feel at home in our home. We endeavour to give value for money and to make your stay with us a pleasant experience, one which we hope you will wish to repeat.

Cronk-e-Dhooney Cottage is two cottages joined together and tastefully extended to afford wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. It is a pleasant spacious dwelling – a mixture of character and more modern features.

It is ideal for countryside and nature lovers – we are located at the top of the picturesque Colby Glen, one of the island’s National Glens. We are also situated on the lower slopes of the southern hills, which are ideal for walking, mountain-biking and countryside lovers in general. We are also within 10 – 15 minutes, by car, of the three southern golf courses.

We are situated in the quiet rural hamlet of Cronk-e-Dhooney (see location map), about 13 miles from Douglas for those travelling by ferry and about 5 miles from Ronaldsway for those flying to the island. The area is well suited for relaxing and recharging your batteries as well as using it as a base to explore the island. Our location is central to most parts of the south of the island and the fishing port of Peel on the west coast is only about 10 miles away.
