The price includes the use of one of the two bedrooms and it’s associated facilities, i.e. private bathroom or en-suite facility for one night’s accommodation per person, together with one cooked breakfast, per the available breakfast menu.

Provisional booking accepted via telephone or email can only be held for a maximum of 6 days (or longer by prior arrangement with the proprietor), pending receipt of the agreed deposit.

All payments must be in sterling.

Deposit payment is to be by cheque payable to Mrs C Burden. The balance payment is to be settled by cheque or cash at the end of the stay. The proprietor reserves the right to request cash payment in settlement at their discretion.

A non-refundable deposit of £20 per guest per reservation is required, together with a fully completed booking form, prior to the issuing of confirmation of the booking.

The minimum stay is two nights.

We regret that we cannot accommodate young children or pets. Older children are welcome, but will be charged at the adult rate.

The establishment (our home) is non-smoking throughout and hence we would wish to have non-smoking guests only.

A premium for single occupancy of the rooms of £5.00 per night is chargeable, over and above the normal rate.

Rooms need to be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure.

Rooms will not normally be ready for occupation until 4:00pm on the day of arrival. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier and leave your luggage.

The owners (Christina & Andrew Burden) can accept no liability for any loss or damage to guests’ property, or any illness or accident suffered by guests during their stay. The same applies to any vehicle owned or hired by the guests or its contents when parked on the property with or without the permission of the owners. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to our property (Cronk-e-Dhooney Cottage Bed and Breakfast) or its contents and therefore we strongly recommend that they have adequate holiday insurance.
